I thank Rachel and MSNBC for doing the legwork, because--being the bad, very bad, callous, insensitive, vengeful, vindictive, vicious bastard that I am--I have to admit that, directly I learned the news of this killing, I heard a tiny voice, deep in my lizard brain, asking "How many more until 'we're' even?"

And of course that doesn't count those "merely" injured in bombings, etc...
