I lost another measure of the already small store of respect I might have borne for "thePrez" when he declared in his "Health care speech" last week, that there was a functioning, meaningful analogy to be drawn between mandating health insurance and mandatory auto insurance. The major difference, which should be obvious to anyone with mor functioning brain-cells than a gnat, being that the "required" part of Auto insurance indemnifies you in the event you cause injury to anyone ELSE.
