"Who Will Watch The Watchers?"

In Los Angeles, home to some of the most violent, dangerous cops in the country (LA County Sheriffs are notoriously heavy-handed), it's these folks: mostly young, male, armed with video cameras, they shadow the cops, and stay alert for abuses.

It has long been my opinion, and one for which I have caught untold RATIONS of shit, that every citizen should have the experience of being seriously rousted--the full-on, assume-the-position, grope/search/pat-down--for something they didn't do, by a 'good' cop on a bad day, or by a 'bad' cop ANY day...
The cops always 'work' for the 'majority'--white, middle-class--to protect 'em from 'undesirables.' Whites, the usual beneficiaries, need to experience--as individuals--the violence that their silence (or their vocal encouragement) authorizes in their names...

Heck, I've dealt with that enough times for stuff I actually did.
